Whimsical Fruit Trees - Raw Edge Applique

This is a great beginner class or a fun refresher for those who already know how to do raw edge applique. 2 days of classroom work will leave everyone with a finished (or very close) project. These applique classes are all from 1 book - "100 Whimsical Applique  Designs " However this class does not require a book, patterns have been enlarged and are pre printed. ($6 payable to instructor) Come into the shop to see the sample in person, and pick up your supplies - 15% off on all items for class. Contact shop at time of sign up to choose your design. 

Supply List - 

1.5 yards of fusible paper - like Heat n Bond  medium weight - Flexi-Fuse - light to medium weight 
.5 yards fabric for stem and leaves
various fat quarters or large scraps for fruit
.25 yard for pot 
1 yard fabric for background
1 yard batting & backing
1 yard lightweight fusible stabilizer - like SF101
sharp scissors - sharp pencil and eraser
freezer paper or silicone mat
light board is very helpful but not required
